Key design changes

180-degree working angle

The new SID silage blades offer a full 180° working range.

Wing:

– folds back 90°,

– folds forward 90°.

Such a wide range of movement allows for:

– precise distribution and profiling of silage,

– more efficient stack formation,

– work in confined spaces,

– better maneuvering near silo walls and on the yard.

This solution significantly increases work efficiency during the silage campaign, where speed and accuracy are important.

– Mounting extension – new for the 5.5 m model

For the 5.5 m silage blade, an optional mounting extension has been added to the range.

Why is this important?

With a large working width, there is a risk of the pusher wing colliding with the tractor wheels.

The new solution:

– increases the distance between the machine and the tractor,

– eliminates the possibility of the wing coming into contact with the tires,

– improves work safety,

– allows full use of the 180° range.

This is a practical modification resulting from user experience and real-world testing.
