Description
The bucket mixer TORNADO is ideal for construction sites with limited or no access to electricity. Before direct use, you can mix the required amount of material and transport it anywhere. The concrete mixing bucket is hydraulically driven from the setup on the machine’s arm.
The protective opening flap with teeth for tearing bags allows for quick and safe addition of dry ingredients without manual opening. The forward-extended lower part with a blade facilitates scooping gravel directly from the pile, significantly speeding up the mix preparation process. The bucket mixer allows for minimizing the costs of concrete production, reducing them almost exclusively to the cost of raw materials such as aggregate, water, and cement.

TORNADO bucket concrete mixer allows you to minimize the cost of concrete production practically down to the cost of raw materials: aggregate, water and cement.
The TORNADO concrete mixer is equipped with a safety hatch with teeth for ripping the bags.
The grate protects the mixer against stones and other impurities that may damage or block the impeller.
The lower part with a blade has been moved forward in the mixer for easier scooping of gravel straight from the heap.
It can be mounted on mini loaders, loaders, backhoe loaders, telescopic loaders and agricultural tractors.

The Tornado concrete mixer is made of S355 steel with a thickness of 6mm with replaceable 3mm thick inserts, screwed to the mixer structure in places exposed to abrasion.

The TORNADO concrete mixer we offer is sandblasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. It is used in protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
