Grid Screen Sorton 1000
The Sorton 1000 screening grid is a solution designed for materials that traditional fine-mesh screens may have trouble handling. The screen is particularly effective for stones, rubble, gravel, concrete blocks, and other heavy and large items from construction, demolition, and earthwork projects.
Description
The Sorton 1000 does not have a traditional mesh screen. Its screen consists of sturdy, elongated steel bars that create screening spaces between them. Material moving across the inclined screen is pre-sorted—smaller particles pass between the bars, while larger ones are directed elsewhere.
The beams are bolted in place, and their position can be adjusted to change the clearance between them. This allows the operator to adapt the screen to the type and size of the material being screened.

Vibrating screen is a construction equipment that is shot blasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. They are used for protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
