Vibrating Screen
A vibrating screen 2-fractions setup, which has the capability to be separated into three fractions, is a device intended for sorting and cleaning bulk materials such as sand, gravel, or soil by separating them into fractions of different sizes. Through vibrations and specially designed screens, the screener effectively separates larger particles from finer ones, allowing for precise classification of the material. Vibrating screeners are utilized in construction, agriculture, and municipal industries where precise sorting of raw materials is required. Its construction ensures not only high efficiency but also ease of operation and transport.
Description
The vibrating screen has two decks of screens, with the upper one measuring 45x45mm and the lower one finer at 15x15mm. The equipment’s design allows for quick screen replacement and guard removal. The design enables rapid screen replacement and customization to meet individual customer needs. The screening area measures 2.73m², ensuring high work efficiency, while the 400V electric motor with a power of 1.5kW guarantees device reliability and power. To ensure safe transportation, the machine is equipped with Roman screws.

Vibrating screen is a construction equipment that is shot blasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. They are used for protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
