Description
The concrete mixer Arkan is ideal for construction sites with limited or no access to electricity. Before direct use, it allows for mixing the required amount of material and transporting it to any location. The concrete mixing bucket is hydraulically driven from the setup on the machine’s arm.
The opening flap with teeth for tearing bags enables quick and safe addition of dry ingredients without the need for manual opening. The forward-extended lower part with a blade facilitates scooping gravel directly from the pile, significantly speeding up the mix preparation process. The bucket mixer allows for minimizing the costs of concrete production, reducing them almost exclusively to the price of raw materials such as aggregate, water, and cement.

Main product features
Bucket concrete mixer allows to minimize the cost of concrete production practically to the cost of raw materials: aggregate, water and cement.
The concrete mixer is equipped with a safety hatch with teeth for ripping the bags.
The grate protects the mixer against stones and other impurities that may damage or block the impeller.
The lower part with a blade has been moved forward in the mixer for easier scooping of gravel straight from the heap.
It can be mounted on mini loaders, loaders, backhoe loaders, telescopic loaders and agricultural tractors.

The ARKAN concrete mixer is a construction equipment that is shot blasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. They are used for protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
