The disc harrow cultivator is designed for quick stubble cultivation with incorporation of harvest residues into the soil and its additional leveling. Such cultivation facilitates the growth of weeds and self-seeding.
The disc Harrow cultivator is equipped with 2 rows of toothed discs mounted on rubber shock absorbers and with a roller whose task is to compact and compact the soil so that the processes of unfolding crop residues run correctly. The working depth must be adjusted to the amount of crop residues. In case of a greater demand for depth and a very large amount of harvest residues, it is recommended to use a disc harrow with a larger diameter of working discs. The structure has been protected with paint coatings, therefore it is resistant to corrosion and the machine can work in unfavorable weather conditions. The disc harrow is available in several variants of the working width. As a result, these solutions are widely used and meet the expectations of the most demanding users.

The disc harrow is an agricultural machine that is shot blasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. They are used for protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
