Main product features
Dosing bucket with endless screw is made of S355 steel, 5 mm plating and 8 mm sides, with an abrasion-resistant Raex 400 blade.
The high-torque hydraulic motor at a pressure of 180 bar and a capacity of 40 l ensures trouble-free operation of the auger.
The worm is made of Hardox steel and has a diameter of 190 mm, ensuring long lifetime (optional worm with 350 mm diameter available).
Replaceable 2 mm stainless steel base.
Screw diameter 300 mm.
Screw fastening.
Automatic, hydraulic opening and closing of the discharge, discharge to the right side (on special request, the discharge to the left side is available).
12-month warranty.

The dosing bucket with the auger is an agricultural equipment that is shot blasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. They are used for protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C.
