Silage rake are used to remove and crush forage from high silos and also to work the surface of the forage on the heap.

Description

The silage rake impresses with its exceptionally large size, stable and robust construction. This attachment has cutting knives mounted across the width of the rake to cut the pile and rake more of it. The shredded silage can then be loaded with a volumetric bucket, which we also have in our range. The rakes are available in different widths. The length of the attachment is 3.85m and the extension rake adds another 1m. It is also possible to swap the rake for a bulldozer. The machine is equipped with a support leg as standard. We are able to produce any fitting according to the customer’s needs.

We offer accessories ideal for silage preparation:  Silage roller, hydraulic silage blade, hydraulic buck rake. We also stock silage transport equipment: Volume buckets, volume loader bucket.

Specification

The silage rake we offer are sandblasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. It is used in protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
