Description
The vibrating screen mini ensures high work efficiency with low energy consumption. The vibration system is designed to maximize the efficiency of material separation, while reducing the amount of manual labor and time needed to complete the task. The screener has two durable wheels that facilitate easy movement of the device across different types of terrain, allowing the user to quickly adjust the work site to current needs.
The vibration motor MVE 200/3E-20A0-M consists of an electric motor housed in a solid cast casing designed in accordance with FMEA analysis, with eccentric weights mounted on both sides of the shaft.

Vibrating screen mini is a construction equipment that is shot blasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. They are used for protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
