Wood grapple XL
Wood grapple L – a particularly useful tool during forestry work, but also practical in woodworking plants such as sawmills. It is mainly used for transport, loading and unloading of timber.
Description
In order to obtain the appropriate pressure of the material, the wood grapple has been equipped with a powerful hydraulic cylinder. A solid and durable structure ensures safe and long use. The grapple slides in place of the forks and is locked with two bolts.

The structural frame is reinforced by a welded profile 120 × 120, 10 mm thick, with 8 and 10 mm sheet metal reinforcements.

Wood grapple XL is a forestry equipment that is shot blasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. They are used for protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
