Description
4 in 1 Multi-functional bucket XL- the use of HARDOX abrasion resistant steel blades and the possibility of lubricating the movable places on the sleeves, the machine is protected against quick wear. The multi-functional 4in1 bucket has a mounted rotating, movable part of the bucket, which allows for wide opening with two hydraulic cylinders.

The 4-in-1 multi-functional bucket is made of S355 steel, with 6 mm shell, 15 mm sides + 10 mm overlays, 15 mm slides.
3 abrasive blades 20×150 Hardox 500 HB.
Movable places lubricated on replaceable slide bushings.
Pins made of quality steel C45 FI 30 – galvanized.

The 4in1 XL bucket is a construction equipment that is shot blasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. They are used for protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
