The road sweeper with hydraulic steering is a device used for efficient surface cleaning, mainly utilized in municipal and road works. This device is significantly more effective than traditional cleaning methods, such as manual sweeping. The hydraulic sweeper is used not only on streets but also in parking lots, sidewalks, and other outdoor surfaces.
Description
The road sweeper operates by using hydraulic oil pressure to drive the brush, effectively removing dirt and debris. A distinctive feature of the sweeper is its hydraulic steering system, allowing for precise maneuvering even in tight spaces (changing the machine’s angular position by 25° – both clockwise and counterclockwise). It features a 600 mm polypropylene brush that can rotate in both directions, and two adjustable support wheels mounted on a plate with an aluminum hub and non-marking, wear-resistant polyurethane tread, diameter 200 mm, with a load capacity of up to 600 kg each. The automation of the cleaning process with the sweeper significantly reduces work time and the amount of required labor. These sweepers are also environmentally beneficial, helping to maintain cleanliness in cities and improve residents’ quality of life.

The road sweeper in our offer is sandblasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. It is used in protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
